I really enjoy the puzzle that medicine offers for each individual patient. I create a differential, and one by one, with the assistance of the history, physical exam, labs and imaging I can formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan. The ability to guide patients in preventive care is paramount to the fulfillment they can get from living a full and healthy life.”

Hadlie Mair, FNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in urgent and acute care, bringing a patient-centered, relationship-focused approach well-suited for concierge practice. She specializes in managing a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages, providing comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans. Known for her attentive communication style and commitment to accessibility, Hadlie prioritizes continuity of care, extended patient interaction, and individualized wellness strategies that align with the concierge model.
Prior to her Nurse Practitioner role, Hadlie served as a Registered Nurse at Heber Valley Hospital from 2019 to 2025, where she gained diverse experience in Labor & Delivery, the Emergency Room, and as a House Supervisor. She developed strong expertise in patient assessment, crisis management, and interdisciplinary coordination, while also providing leadership during hospital-wide night operations—experience that supports her ability to deliver seamless, high-touch care in a concierge setting.
Hadlie earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from United States University in March 2025, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Nightingale College.
