Hadlie Mair, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing concierge primary care at Knepper Concierge Medicine in Kimball Junction, Park City. She cares for patients of all ages, from annual physicals and preventive care to chronic condition management and same-day visits for acute illnesses and injuries. Known for her attentive communication style and commitment to accessibility, Hadlie prioritizes continuity of care, extended unhurried visits, and individualized wellness plans built around each patient’s goals.
Hadlie brings a strong background in urgent and acute care to her concierge practice. She provides comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans, so members can turn to one trusted provider whether they need a routine checkup or prompt care when something comes up.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Hadlie served as a Registered Nurse at Heber Valley Hospital from 2019 to 2025, working in Labor & Delivery, the Emergency Room, and as a House Supervisor. There she developed deep expertise in patient assessment, crisis management, and interdisciplinary coordination, and led hospital-wide night operations. That experience helps her guide patients through the broader healthcare system when they need more than a primary care visit.
Hadlie earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from United States University in March 2025, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Nightingale College.
She proudly serves members throughout Park City, Snyderville, Summit County, and the Heber Valley.
